Perched on the 69th floor in the heart of Mumbai Central, Nathani Heights isn’t just a home it’s a retreat above the chaos, a space where design meets skyline.
This project was envisioned as a serene yet striking oasis, where sleek geometry, minimalist forms, and high-function interiors shape the rhythm of modern city living. Every inch of this residence is designed to feel calm, considered, and connected to the client and to the view.
Our approach was rooted in restraint: letting the city lights become part of the design, while interiors stayed warm, grounded, and timeless.
